This Cookie Policy explains how Jolting.ai uses cookies and similar technologies, and how you can control them. Non-essential cookies are blocked until you consent: when you first visit, nothing beyond the necessary category runs until you choose.

1. Necessary

Always on. Required for login, security, payments, and core app functionality. The app cannot work without these, so they are not subject to consent and cannot be turned off.

2. Analytics

Off by default. Used for product analytics (PostHog) so we can understand how features are used and improve the product. We never attach personal content (email, name, prompts, media URLs, billing data) to analytics, and any session replay masks all text and inputs.

3. Marketing

Off by default. Reserved for ad pixels, retargeting, and attribution if we add paid advertising later. No marketing technologies are active today, and none load unless you grant marketing consent.

4. Personalization

Off by default. Used for optional remembered preferences and personalized experiences if we add them.

5. Managing your preferences

You can accept all, reject non-essential cookies, or choose categories at any time using the Cookie Preferences link in our footer and sidebar. Your choice is stored in your browser; clearing your browser storage, or a change to our consent version, will prompt you again. Rejecting non-essential cookies does not affect your ability to sign up, log in, upload media, generate videos, check out, or use your account normally.
