Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

The Service is offered on paid subscription plans and one-time credit top-ups. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Generation consumes credits; included monthly credits expire at the end of each billing period, while purchased top-up credits remain while your account is active. Prices, plan limits, and credit costs are shown at checkout and may change with notice. There is no permanent free tier.

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:

• is illegal, or sexualizes or endangers minors;
• infringes intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights, including unauthorized use of a real person’s likeness or a third party’s trademarks or characters;
• is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or promotes violence or self-harm;
• facilitates fraud, malware, or other unlawful activity.

We screen prompts and may block, flag, suspend, or remove content and accounts that violate these Terms. You are responsible for the content you generate and how you use it.

You retain ownership of the inputs you provide. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we assign to you our rights in the media generated for you. AI output may be imperfect or resemble existing works; you are responsible for reviewing output and ensuring your use is lawful and properly licensed. We may use de-identified, aggregated data to operate and improve the Service.

The Service relies on third parties (for authentication, payments, storage, and AI model providers). Your use may be subject to their terms, and their availability is outside our control.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms. On account deletion we remove your personal data and media as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
