Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Jolting.ai. This policy explains how refunds work for subscriptions and credit purchases.
1. Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed in advance for each period. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the current period. Except where required by law, subscription fees for the current period are generally non-refundable.
2. Credit top-ups
Purchased credits are delivered immediately and are consumed as you generate. Unused top-up credits may be refunded at our discretion within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not been consumed. Consumed credits are non-refundable.
3. Failed or defective generations
If a generation fails for a technical reason on our side, the credits reserved for it are automatically refunded to your balance. If you believe you were charged for output you never received, contact us and we will make it right.
4. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from your account email with your workspace and the charge in question. We typically respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback — most issues are resolved quickly. Abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension.
